Barb Fife was previously licensed with LPL Financial LLC in Indiana. FINRA reports that Barb Fife was barred from the securities and investment banking industry in 2015. 

ACCORDING TO FINRA: Barb Fife consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that she failed to provide documents and information requested by FINRA, during the course of an investigation into allegations that Barb Fife converted funds from a member firm’s customer.

According to Barb Fife’s CRD, a customer dispute was filed alleging that written checks directly to Barb Fife were never invested or deposited in the customer’s account. According to Barb Fife’s CRD, this customer dispute was settled for $257,500.
