The Salina, Kansas Adviser Who Introduced His Clients to Blanchard

This aspect of the SEC’s allegations may be particularly important to investors.

The SEC complaint identifies an unnamed SEC-registered investment adviser representative based in Salina, Kansas as “Individual 1.”

According to the SEC, Blanchard communicated with Individual 1 and the two arranged in-person meetings in Kansas where Blanchard could meet and solicit prospective investors.

Following those meetings, approximately 200 people invested in the stock offering, most of whom were Individual 1’s advisory clients.
