Andrea Friederike Wood (Andrea Wood) – FINRA Files Complaint Against Financial Advisor/Broker Andrea Wood | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Andrea Friederike Wood (Andrea Wood) CRD #2000589
Andrea Wood is a currently registered financial advisor/broker with Integrity Brokerage Services, Inc. Andrea Wood was previously registered with Finance 500, Inc. According to FINRA, FINRA filed a complaint against Andrea Wood in April 2020.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Andrea Wood was a named respondent in a FINRA complaint alleging that Andrea Wood permitted and enabled a statutorily disqualified and unregistered person to associate and conduct a securities business. The complaint alleges that Andrea Wood took affirmative steps to permit and enable the person’s continued association with his member firm, Integrity Brokerage Services, Inc., which disguised the actual nature of the person’s continued association with the firm, including by entering into and amending an Analyst Agreement and Office Sharing Agreement, and by paying the person directly and indirectly in connection with the firm’s securities business through those agreements. Andrea Wood permitted and enabled the person to improperly associate with the firm and engage in the firm’s securities business, despite his disqualified status. In addition, Andrea Wood permitted and enabled the person to engage in the firm’s securities business without being appropriately registered.
According to Andrea Wood’s BrokerCheck Report, Andrea Wood was discharged from Finance 500, Inc. in September 2015. Andrea Wood allegedly appeared to have engaged in a commission sharing agreement, in possible violation of FINRA Rule 2040, by transferring commissions to Jaffe Financial Services, Inc. (JFS), a non-registered entity controlled by a third party. The commission sharing arrangement also appeared to have circumvented state agent registration requirements, in that the payments by Andrea Wood were in relation to securities transactions in states where the third party was not registered.
