Albert Foronda is a licensed financial advisor with Spartan Capital Securities LLC. Albert Foronda was a previously licensed financial advisor with Worden Capital Management LLC. According to Albert Foronda’s BrokerCheck report, Albert Foronda is under investigation by FINRA.
According to FINRA: FINRA made a preliminary determination to recommend that disciplinary action be brought against Albert Foronda alleging violation of FINRA Rule 2010 for unauthorized transactions and violation of NASD Rule 2510(b) and FINRA Rule 2010 for exercising discretion without written authorization.
According to Albert Foronda’s BrokerCheck Report: Two customer disputes alleging sales practice violations against Albert Foronda are currently pending.
Customer Dispute 5/8/19: Allegations include unsuitability, excessive trading and negligence. This pending customer dispute seeks $650,000 in damages.
Customer Dispute 4/30/18: Allegations include breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and negligence. This customer dispute seeks $90,000 in damages.
