Adrian Ortega was previously licensed with BBVA Securities, Inc. FINRA reports that Adrian Ortega was barred from the securities industry in April 2019.

ACCORDING TO FINRA: Adrian Ortega consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he failed to provide documents and information requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into allegations, reported by his member firm on his Form U5, that he debited the funds of customers of his member firm’s affiliate bank without their knowledge or permission.
