From 2006 until Steven Knuttila’s discharge in 2012, Steven Knuttila was licensed with Questar Capital Corporation. Steven Knuttila is now licensed with Capital Financial Services, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Steven Knuttila was discharged from Questar Capital Corporation on May 15, 2012. Questar Capital Corporation reported to FINRA that Steven Knuttila was accused of failing to follow Questar Capital Corporation procedures regarding the reporting of customer complaints and failed to follow Questar Capital Corporation procedures regarding the use of discretion.
FINRA reports that 7 complaints and/or arbitration claims involving Steven Knuttila’s conduct with Questar Capital Corporation, alleging poor investment advice, misrepresentation, unsuitable recommendations, negligence, failure to supervise, violations of the Minnesota Uniform Securities Act, common law fraud, breach of contract, respondeat superior, and/or other allegations. These complaints and/or arbitration claims all settled, with the largest claims settling for $200,000, $117,062.91, and $100,000.
