Raymond Pirrello was licensed with Garden State Securities, Inc. from 2008 until 2016. FINRA reports that Raymond Pirrello was suspended from the securities industry on November 20th, 2018 for 18 months and ordered to pay a $20,000 monetary fine. FINRA reports that Raymond Pirrello consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Raymond Pirrello exchanged business related text messages, using his personal cell phone, and business-related emails, using an unauthorized persona email address, to engage in firm related business with a customer at Raymond Pirrello’s member firm. The findings also state that these communications included a written complaint by the customer alleging that as a result of Raymond Pirrello’s misconduct, including failure to follow the customer’s instructions, the customer suffered approximately $300,000 in damages.

Garden State Securities, Inc. reported to FINRA that a complaint was filed involving Raymond Pirrello’s conduct, alleging unauthorized trading, suitability, churning and negligence. This complaint was settled for $300,000.
