Frank Passarelli was licensed with Park Avenue Securities LLC from 1999 until Frank Passarelli’s discharge in 2013. Frank Passarelli was then licensed with The O.N. Equity Sales Company from 2013 until Frank Passarelli’s discharge in 2015. FINRA reports that Frank Passarelli was suspended from the securities industry and ordered to pay a $5,000 monetary fine on 6/24/16. FINRA reports that Frank Passarelli consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Frank Passarelli signed the names of customers on variable annuity disclosure and receipts forms without their authorization or consent.
Park Avenue Securities LLC reported to FINRA that Frank Passarelli was discharged on May 22nd, 2013 after Frank Passarelli admitted to forging Frank Passarelli’s customer’s names in an attempt to expedite the processing of Frank Passarelli’s customer’s annuity settlement option.
The O.N. Equity Sales Company reported to FINRA that Frank Passarelli was discharged on March 12th, 2015 after Frank Passarelli admitted to foring the names of three trustees in an effort to accomplish the transfer of a variable annuity. Frank Passarelli also admitted forging the names of two customers on variable annuity delivery receipts.
