Zak Chivi is a currently licensed financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Zak Chivi was previously licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors LLC. According to Zak Chivi’s CRD, an arbitration claim was filed alleging misrepresentation, misconduct, unsuitability, excessive trading, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, violation of FINRA rules, violation of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, and violation of the New Jersey Securities Act. According to Zak Chivi’s CRD, this arbitration claim did not settle and proceeded to final hearing. According to FINRA, after considering the pleadings, testimony and evidence presented at the hearing, the Arbitration Panel decided in full and final resolution that Wells Fargo Advisors was liable and ordered to pay Claimant compensatory damages in the amount of $346,881.41.
