A verified complaint was filed on behalf of the attorney general of new jersey and the chief of the New Jersey Bureau of Securities (“bureau chief’) on August 7, 2012 in Chiesa v. Zuck, et al, in the superior court of new jersey, Hudson county, Chanceryn division, general equity, docket no. C-125-12 (“superior COMT matter”); and Victoria Brialmont was named as a defendant in the superior court matter. The acting attorney general of new jersey, the acting bureau chief, Victoria Brialmont and the court-appointed receiver in the superior court matter agreed to settle the superior court matter as to Victoria Brialmont pursuant to a consent order, which was submitted to the court by the receiver for approval by motion and entered by the court on December 30, 2013.
