Thomas Lisa was previously licensed with Wilmington Capital Partners and Forefront Capital Markets LLC. FINRA reports that Thomas Lisa consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Thomas Lisa engaged in two outside business activities without providing prior written notice to his FINRA member firms. FINRA reports that between June 2012 and July 2017, Thomas Lisa was the sole officer and owner of two businesses, AI and BW. FINRA reports that AI was formed in May 2005 and dissolved in September 2016. FINRA reports that Thomas Lisa did not provide either Forefront or Wilmington with prior written notice of Thomas Lisa’s role with AI. FINRA reports that BW was formed in September 2016. FINRA reports that Thomas Lisa did not provide Wilmington with prior written notice of Thomas Lisa’s role with BW.
