From 1996 until Thomas Leone’s discharge in 2016, Thomas Leone was licensed with MML Investors Services, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Thomas Leone was discharged from MML Investors Services, LLC on June 13th, 2016. MML Investors Services, LLC reported to FINRA that Thomas Leone was terminated in connection to an alleged customer complaint.

Subsequent to Thomas Leone’s resignation from MML Investors Services, LLC, FINRA investigated Thomas Leone and brought a disciplinary action against Thomas Leone. FINRA reports that Thomas Leone was suspended for 12 months from the securities industry and fined $5,000 by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on December 7th, 2016. FINRA reports that Thomas Leone consented to the entry of findings that Thomas Leone forged a customer signature by electronically affixing a copy of the signature onto multiple documents related to an application to convert the customer’s life insurance policy.
