Terrence Puricelli was a formerly licensed financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC from 2011 to 2016. FINRA reports that Terrence Puricelli was discharged from Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC on August 25, 2016. Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC reported to FINRA that Terrence Puricelli’s discharge related to alleged use of time and price discretion and alleged concerns relating to accuracy of notes placed on the Firm’s system.

FINRA also reports that Terrence Puricelli was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on November 15, 2018. FINRA reports that Terrence Puricelli consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Terrence Puricelli failed to provide FINRA with requested information in connection with its investigation concerning Terrence Puricelli’s discharge from Terrence Puricelli’s member firm for use of time and price discretion and concerns relating to accuracy of notes placed on the firm’s system.
