Steven Musielski – Financial Advisor/Broker Barred by FINRA | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Steven Musielski a/k/a Steven Dwayne Musielski is a previously licensed financial advisor with Cambria Capital LLC. According to Musielski’s BrokerCheck Report, Musielski was barred by FINRA in November 2021.
According to FINRA:
Musielski consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to provide documents and information requested by FINRA in connection with an investigation into his sales practice activity. The findings stated that the request sought to investigate Musielski’s potential exercise of discretion without written authorization, potential excessive trading, and potentially unsuitable investments in leveraged and inverse-leveraged securities.
