From 2004 until Rennie Roach’s resignation in 2015, Rennie Roach was licensed with PFS Investments, Inc. According to FINRA records, Rennie Roach resigned from PFS Investments, Inc. on December 10, 2015. PFS Investments Inc. reported to FINRA that Rennie Roach was permitted to resign while under internal review regarding allegations of borrowing and misappropriation of funds.

Subsequent to Rennie Roach’s termination, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Rennie Roach in 2016. FINRA reports that Rennie Roach was barred from the securities industry because Rennie Roach failed to respond to FINRA’s request for information.

FINRA reports an arbitration claim/complaint was filed alleging sales practice violations against Rennie Roach. The claim alleged that Rennie Roach misrepresented the features of the variable annuity contracts that the claimant purchased. The claim was settled for $36,351.09.

FINRA also reports 14 different Judgement and/or Liens against Rennie Roach.
