RD Washington a/k/a Rodney Deleths Washington is a previously licensed financial advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. According to RD Washington’s BrokerCheck Report, RD Washington was barred from the securities industry in December 2021.
According to FINRA:
Washington consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to provide documents and information requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into whether he had engaged in an undisclosed outside business and other potentially violative conduct.
