Kovack Securities, Inc. a/k/a Kovack Advisors, Inc. reported to FINRA that Larry Lazar was accused of charging a client for consulting fees outside the scope of Larry Lazar’s association with Kovack Securities, Inc. a/k/a Kovack Advisors, Inc.
