Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses | John Hudnall – Financial Advisor John Hudnall Barred from Securities Industry

John Hudnall CRD #4200298

John Hudnall was formerly licensed with U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Bancwest Investment Services, Inc. John Hudnall was barred from the securities and investment banking industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on November 15, 2016. FINRA reports that John Hudnall consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that John Hudnall participated in an undisclosed and unapproved private securities transaction, made unapproved and undisclosed financial sales promotions to firm customers, and provided false information in response to FINRA’s request for information. The findings also stated that John Hudnall offered and paid monetary incentives to customers from John Hudnall’s own personal funds to incent them to hold their fixed annuity contracts for at least a year before surrendering them, which enabled John Hudnall to retain commissions John Hudnall would have lost had the customers surrendered before the year was up.

FINRA reports that a complaint involving John Hudnall’s conduct with U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. was filed, alleging that money was placed in an annuity without the customer’s knowledge, the customer states that he did not know how his $103,774.49 deposit ended up in an annuity. This complaint was settled in addition to a previously settled complaint involving John Hudnall’s conduct.

If you lost any money on investments with John Hudnall, you may be able to recover your losses from U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and/or Bancwest Investment Services, Inc. This is because U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Bancwest Investment Services, Inc. had a duty to supervise John Hudnall.

If you lost money on investments with John Hudnall and believe that the investments may have been unsuitable or otherwise improper for you, we would like to discuss the possibility of your retaining our firm to represent you in an arbitration action against U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and/or Bancwest Investment Services, Inc. concerning John Hudnall’s conduct. There is no charge for an evaluation of your case. Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney’s fee. Unless you recover any money, you pay us nothing, not even the costs and expenses which the firm will advance on your behalf.
