Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – David Paul Eck (David Eck) Fired by CCF Investments Inc. 

From 2006 until David Eck’s firing in 2017, David Eck was licensed with CCF Investments Inc. According to FINRA’s records, David Eck was fired by CCF Investments, Inc. on March 14, 2017. CCF Investments, Inc. reported to FINRA that David Eck was accused of violation of Firm policies.

FINRA reports that a complaint involving David Eck’s conduct with CCF Investments Inc. was filed, alleging misunderstanding of fees and expenses related to products purchased; also, customer asserts that investments are not performing to level of customer’s expectation. This complaint settled for $47,589, with David Eck paying the entirety of this settlement. FINRA reports that a second complaint involving David Eck’s conduct with a prior employer also settled.
