Customer Dispute 3/17/17: Alleged failure to complete due diligence – December 2015 through March 2016. This customer dispute settled for $400,000.
Customer Dispute 2/8/17: Allegations include failure to complete due diligence and disclosure of commisisons. This customer dispute is pending and seeks $1,500,000 in damages.
