FINRA requested that Maureen Scalzo appear for on-the-record testimony pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210 in connection with an ongoing FINRA examination. In response, Maureen Scalzo declined to appear for testimony and stated that she will not participate in the investigation, in violation of FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.
