Linan Abrego consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that she refused to appear for on-the-record testimony as requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into whether she engaged in misappropriation. The findings stated that Linan Abrego’s member firm filed a Form U5 disclosing that it had discharged her due to misappropriation of client funds.
