JUAN CARLOS VILLALOBOS (CRD#: 4810602), a formerly registered broker for MONEY CONCEPTS CAPITAL CORP in MARIETTA, GA, has investor complaints. According to Villalobos’ FINRA BrokerCheck report, former customers allege that their former (and now deceased) registered representative breached a contract, breached his fiduciary duty, was negligent, engaged in fraud and violated the Georgia Securities Act in connection with speculative options transactions, misrepresenting the risk of the options transactions, and recommending that two of the customers borrow against their securities account to purchase their home. The customers also allege breach of fiduciary duty and failure to conduct adequate due diligence in connection with their purchases of units of an automotive limited partnership. This FINRA arbitration claim settled for $1,400,000.00.
