Joseph Desapio Suspended After FINRA Allegations – Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A., May Recover Investor Losses

Former SPARTAN CAPITAL SECURITIES, LLC broker, Joseph Desapio suspended after FINRA allegations.

JOSEPH C. DESAPIO (CRD#: 5837553), a former broker for SPARTAN CAPITAL SECURITIES, LLC, in New York, NY, was suspended by FINRA after allegations.

FINRA reported that respondent Desapio failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.

Spartan Capital Securities terminated Desapio alleging that he borrowed money and executed a promissory note for funds from a customer.
