Joseph Alhadeff was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with National Securities Corporation. FINRA reports that Joseph Alhadeff was barred from the securities industry indefinitely in November 2020.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Joseph Alhadeff consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Joseph Alhadeff, through counsel, informed FINRA that he would not provide information and documents requested by FINRA in connection with FINRA’s investigation into a registered representative who was supervised by Joseph Alhadeff.
According to Joseph Alhadeff’s BrokerCheck Report, one customer dispute has been filed alleging sales practice violations against Joseph Alhadeff.
Customer Dispute (8/27/2019): Allegations against Joseph Alhadeff are breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and breach of contract. This customer dispute is currently pending and seeks $750,000 in damages. The product at issue relates to Real Estate Security.
