JOHN MICHAEL PALMA (CRD#: 6848651), a former registered representative for SPARTAN CAPITAL SECURITIES, LLC, in NEW YORK, NY, is barred from associating with a FINRA member in all capacities.
According to FINRA , Between September 2017 and December 2019, Palma was registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative through an association with former FIN RA member Worden Capital Management LLC (CRD No. 148366). From September 2022 to March 2025, Palma was registered as a General Securities Representative through an association with another FINRA member firm.
On March 17, 2025, the firm filed a Uniform Tennination Notice of Securities Industry Registration (Form US) disclosing that Palma had voluntarily terminated his registration with the firm.
Palma consented to a bar from associating with any FINRA member in all capacities, according to the FINRA AWC.
