Joe Medrano was a previously licensed financial advisor with LPL Financial LLC. According to Joe Medrano’s BrokerCheck Report, Joe Medrano was ordered to cease and desist by the State of Colorado in August 2019.
According to FINRA Brokercheck: The staff of the Colorado Division of Securities alleged that Medrano violated 11-51-401(1.5), C.R.S., by offering investment advice and soliciting clients without being licensed or exempt from licensing. According to the Regulator Statement: Joe Medrano admitted to offering investment advice and soliciting clients without being licensed or exempt from licensing and stipulated to the entry of the cease and desist order.
