Jay Jaroensabphayanont a/k/a Jay Narogdej Jaroensabphayanont CRD #5393272

Jay Jaroensabphayanont a/k/a Jay Narogdej Jaroensabphayanont is a previously licensed financial advisor with Voya Financial. According to Jaroensabphayanont’s BrokerCheck Report, Jaroensabphayanont was barred from the securities industry in December 2020.

According to FINRA:

Respondent Jaroensabphayanont failed to respond to FINRA request for information.

According to the State of Washington:

The Securities Division entered a Final Order to Cease and Desist, to Deny Future Registrations, to Impose a Fine, and to Charge Costs (Final Order) against Narongdej Jaroensabphayanont dba NMJ Group (Jaroensabphayanont). From May 2008 to November 2019, Jaroensabphayanont was registered as a securities salesperson with Voya Financial Advisors, Inc. (CRD 5393272). The Final Order concludes that Jaroensabphayanont violated the registration and anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Act of Washington through the sale of at least $200,000 of promissory notes to six Washington investors. The Final Order further concludes that Jaroensabphayanont engaged in dishonest and unethical practices in the securities business at the time he was registered as a securities salesperson in Washington State when he deceived investors, sold away, and borrowed funds from a customer.
