James Anderson was formerly licensed with Ameritas Investment Corp. from 2004 to 2019 in South Dakota. According to FINRA, James Anderson was barred from the securities industry by FINRA in June 2019. According to FINRA, James Anderson failed to cooperate with FINRA staff during the course of an investigation into allegations that James Anderson had engaged in the purchase and sale of securities away from the Firm, without the knowledge or approval of the Firm.
