Hugues Guirand – Financial Advisor/Broker Hugues Guirand Barred by FINRA | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Hugues Guirand was a previously licensed financial advisor with Woodstock Financial Group, Inc. According to FINRA, Hugues Guirand was barred by FINRA in July 2021.
According to FINRA:
Default decision rendered July 26, 2021 wherein Guirand is barred from association with any FINRA member in all capacities. The sanction is based on findings that Guirand failed to provide documents and information requested by FINRA and failed to appear for on-the-record testimony. The findings stated that Guirand’s former customer filed a statement of claim with FINRA alleging that he had solicited the customer’s investment in real estate transactions without his member firm’s approval. Thereafter, FINRA initiated an investigation into Guirand’s conduct in connection with the real estate transactions, which conduct could constitute unauthorized outside business activities or private securities transactions. If no further action is taken, decision will become final on August 23, 2021.
