Garrett Manning – Financial Advisor/Broker Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses

Garrett Manning is a licensed financial advisor with MML Investors Services LLC.

According to FINRA, Garrett Manning was fined $2,500 and suspended from the securities industry for three months in November 2021.

According to FINRA Allegations:

Between March 2018 and June 2019, while associated with FBL, Manning failed to obtain written consent from the firm to maintain an outside securities account and failed to inform the firm at which the account was held of his association with FBL. In addition, between July 2019 and April 2021, while associated with MML, Manning failed to obtain written consent from MML to maintain or open outside securities accounts and failed to inform the firm at which one of the accounts was held of his association with MML. As a result, Manning violated FINRA Rules 3210 and 2010.
