FINRA also reports that an arbitration claim involving David Krumrey’s conduct with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. was filed, alleging negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent supervision and breach of contract related to energy investments. This pending arbitration claim seeks $200,000 in damages.
