DANIEL HERNAN VATTEROTT (CRD#: 1263265), a registered broker for OPPENHEIMER & CO. INC., in ST. LOUIS, MO, was suspended from the securities industry. FINRA’s findings allege that he caused his member firm to maintain inaccurate books and records by falsifying the representative code for trades in his firm’s order entry system, causing the trade confirmations to show an inaccurate representative code.
