Cody Rock was licensed with State Farm VP Management Company from 2015 until 2017. State Farm VP Management Company reported to FINRA that Cody Rock was permitted to resign on September 1, 2017.

FINRA reports that Cody Rock consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Cody Rock refused to provide FINRA with requested documents and information in connection with an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Cody Rock’s separation from Cody Rock’s member firm.
