Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses - William Otho England (Bill England) Fired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA

From 2015 until Bill England’s firing in 2017, Bill England was licensed with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. Bill England was previously licensed with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and Trinity Securities, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Bill England was fired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA on September 20, 2017. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC reported to FINRA that Bill England, in the capacity of an affiliate bank employee, was terminated for assigning referral incentive credit to a co-worker that was allegedly not entitled to receive it, in violation of affiliate bank policy.

If you lost any money on investments with Bill England, you may be able to recover your losses from J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and/or Trinity Securities, Inc. This is because J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and Trinity Securities, Inc. had a duty to supervise Bill England.

If you lost money on investments with Bill England and believe that the investments may have been unsuitable or otherwise improper for you, we would like to discuss the possibility of your retaining our firm to represent you in an arbitration action against J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and/or Trinity Securities, Inc. concerning Bill England’s conduct. There is no charge for an evaluation of your case. Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney’s fee. Unless you recover any money, you pay us nothing, not even the costs and expenses which the firm will advance on your behalf.

Kalju Nekvasil, Esq., formerly regional counsel with the NASD, now known as FINRA, has practiced in this area of the law for more than 35 years.
