From April 2014 until Theresa Crescenzi’s firing in October 2014, Theresa Crescenzi was licensed with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. Theresa Crescenzi was previously licensed with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Theresa Crescenzi was fired by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated on October 15, 2014. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated reported to FINRA that Theresa Crescenzi was accused of conduct involving multiple submissions of a new account application with the knowledge the application was incomplete.
