From 2000 until Robert Stephens’ resignation in 2015, Robert Stephens was licensed with Allstate Financial Services, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Robert Stephens was permitted to resign from Allstate Financial Services, LLC on July 16, 2015. Allstate Financial Services, LLC reported to FINRA that Robert Stephens was permitted to resign during an investigation regarding allegations of submitting life insurance documents with non-genuine signatures.
