From 2012 until Michael Radecker’s termination in 2014, Michael Radecker worked for Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated. According to FINRA’s records, Michael Radecker was terminated by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated on December 5, 2014. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated reported to FINRA that Michael Radecker voluntarily resigned while under review regarding allegations that Michael Radecker engaged in improper customer referral activities.   

FINRA also reports that Michael Radecker previously filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
