Pruco Securities, LLC reported to FINRA that Ken Ahn was accused of reusing and resubmitting to the Company client signatures on a variable annuity application and several transfer of assets forms.
Prior to Ken Ahn’s firing, FINRA reports that a complaint was filed involving Ken Ahn’s conduct with Pruco Securities, LLC. The client alleged that Ken Ahn submitted reused signatures on an annuity application. This complaint was settled.
