The customer alleged Judith Hinsch’s recommendations to purchase multiple variable annuities and real estate investment trusts (Wells REIT II & Wells Timberland), were not appropriate. This arbitration claim was settled for $325,000, with Judith Hinsch contributing $162,000 to this investment.
