From 2012 until 2016, James Bernthal worked for Network 1 Financial Securities Inc. James Bernthal now works for Dawson James Securities, Inc.
FINRA reports two claims were filed alleging sales practice violations against James Bernthal. The claims alleged, among other things, unsuitable securities, breach of contract, fraud, churning, excessive trading and/or gross lack of supervision. The claims were settled for $50,000 and $30,000. James Bernthal contributed $15,000 of the $30,000 settlement and all of the $50,000 settlement.
