Donald Madigan has been licensed with Garden State Securities, Inc. since 2009. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim involving Donald Madigan’s conduct with Garden State Securities, Inc. was filed, alleging breach of contract, unsuitability, churning/overtrading, violations of FINRA Rules 2010 and 2020, violation of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, violation of New York General Business Law section 349(a), breach of fiduciary duty and constructive trust. This case did not settle and proceeded to final hearing. The arbitration panel found Garden State Securities, Inc. liable and ordered Garden State Securities, Inc. to pay compensatory damages in the amount of $142,168 to the Claimant.
FINRA also reports that a previous complaint involving Donald Madigan’s conduct with a prior employer, alleging fraud, negligence and breach of contract was settled for $82,500.
