From 2015 until Colleen Geraghty’s firing in 2017, Colleen Geraghty was licensed with Pruco Securities, LLC. Colleen Geraghty was previously licensed with Princor Financial Services Corporation. According to FINRA’s records, Colleen Geraghty was fired by Pruco Securities, LLC on April 17, 2017. Pruco Securities, LLC reported to FINRA that Colleen Geraghty was accused of misrepresenting the amount a client intended to deposit into an Annuity Contract to achieve a bonus. Pruco Securities, LLC also reported to FINRA that Colleen Geraghty was accused of submitting Company documents for processing that had alterations not initialed by the client.
