From October 2011 until Bryan Eberle’s resignation December 2015, Bryan Eberle was licensed with LPL Financial LLC. Bryan Eberle was subsequently licensed with Client One Securities LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Bryan Eberle was permitted to resign from LPL Financial LLC on December 31, 2015. LPL Financial LLC reported to FINRA that Bryan Eberle resigned following notification of Firm’s intention to terminate registration based on violation of Firm’s outside business activity policy.
