From 2007 until 2017, Anthony Vultaggio was licensed with American Capital Partners, LLC. FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Anthony Vultaggio in 2017. Anthony Vultaggio consented to a bar from the securities industry. FINRA reports that Anthony Vultaggio consented to the entry of findings that Anthony Vultaggio refused to appear for FINRA requested on-the-record testimony during the course of an examination into his potential undisclosed offering of securities through an undisclosed outside business.
