Goodman & Nekvasil Law Firm files arbitration claim alleging that UBS failed to supervise a Fort Myers broker

Clearwater, Florida, May 2009 - Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. filed an arbitration claim alleging that UBS failed to supervise William B. Downing, a former broker in UBS’s Fort Myers, Florida office.  The claim alleges that a client of Downing lost $375,000 invested in The Charlotte Mine and Section 10 JV LLC at the recommendation of Downing.
