Sirianni was suspended from the securities industry for his involvement in the sale of Electro Energy, Inc. and Coach Industries Group, Inc. stock and for his failure to disclose a SEC action alleging that he engaged in a scheme to “pump-and-dump” the stock of World Information Technology, Inc..  He was also suspended by the State of Wisconsin.  We are investigating Sirianni and are willing to accept cases from victimized investors.
