Sharp was barred from the securities industry for his involvement in private securities transactions.  The State of Washington also investigated Sharp’s involvement with Hutchins Development Project and The Clarion Trust Company.  Investors have recovered more than $1.8 million from Sharp’s brokerage firm, PFS Investments, Inc.  We are investigating Sharp and these real estate investments and are willing to accept cases from victimized investors.
