James Albert Blue (CRD # 1511776, Registered Representative, Plattsmouth, Nebraska) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent in which he was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the findings, Blue consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that he completed firm financial documents for customers containing their confidential financial information, which he provided to a third party, without the customers’ knowledge, approval or consent, causing his member firm to violate Rule 10 of Regulation S-P. The findings stated that Blue’s member firm was unaware of his misconduct and failed to update its initial and annual privacy disclosures in violation of Rules 4 and 5 of Regulation S-P.
