Ellington’s former employer, UVest Financial Services Group, Inc., was recently sued for $4 million.  The arbitration claim alleges that Ellington recommended to a client that he take out a margin loan and use those funds to make a loan to a group of oil speculators.  We are investigating Ellington and are willing to accept cases from victimized investors.
